Weight plateau Topic


Hi Joanna, after nearly 3 weeks, my weight is ranging around 60 kg-60.5-60.9. It is normal weight for me but I would like to get below 9 stone. So now I have started cycling about 3km twice a week as oppose to walking. I am not having a good relationship with my weighing scale.


Hi Dodo- It sounds like you came up with a great idea to try cycling as opposed to walking. It is a good idea to change up our workouts about every 6 weeks. I would also encourage you to continue to increase your activities of daily living and walk as much as you can around your house/office to run errands.
