Weight stuck Topic


Hi there, I am 65 years old and am trying to lose 20 kilos (44 pounds). I have managed to lose half and am struggling to get the weight to reduce again. I am sticking to my food plan and have increased my exercise.......still nothing. Any ideas.


This has happened to me too. I view it as a trick my mind is playing on me: “I’ll show you: I will now hold on to every calorie and make you despair of ever losing weight again”. So I answer: “No way bad brain, I will tough it out and keep tracking and staying on track”. Eventually I win.


I believe my body needs a break from restriction every so often. Do some research on reverse dieting. That might be the answer you are looking for.
