Hi !~
This is my first time to experience " My Net Diary " and I really like what I see !
In the past, I have been a part of other ones like " Lose It " and " Spark People " ,
too .
Looking over everything, I really like the way, though, this program is "setup " as far as posting everything, etc.
l , together with my husband, have been back and forth with the " weight loss area " since about 1986.
Sooo, I know what SUCCESS feels like :) and I know what FAILURE feels like, too :/
The highest weight I have seen is 240 and the lowest I have seen
is 150. ( pre- pregnancy weight . )
Because of my age , now and other factors, it seems like that " 160 " is a pretty good goal for my body, etc. !
I did reach this goal of ( 160 ) before and stayed there for about 10 years.
My husband and I pretty much have done this, together and we BOTH want to get back to it , SERIOUSLY !
He is " Diabetic " , so I would really like to stay " MOTIVATED " and help him as well as help myself !
I believe that God would have me be a " good Steward " of this LIFE HE has given me, so I want to " find my discipline and motivation " and STAY THERE and " go FORWARD " for HIM, myself and my husband " and , ...be an encouragement for others , too !
I welcome " friendship " from any of you and I certainly can use any encouragement, ideas, etc., any of you want to give to me !
Glad to be a part of this team. :)

Hi Group, This is my first experience and in fact my first day with My Net Diary. Over the past year I have lost 60lb with Weight Watchers. I am still about 47lb from my goal weight of 150. Since losing the 60lb I have become quite active in the gym, weight lifting, cardio, yoga, hot yoga, spinning... and without a way to account for physical activity in the weight watchers app, I find that I have been either eating too much or not enough and simply not losing weight. After bouncing up and down the same 3lbs for over 3 months I have decided to try something new. :)

Hi All! This is my first time with MyNetDiary and find it pleasant to look at and easy to use. I'm 74, diabetic, moderately active 3x/week (TRX, swimming). Love fishing, beading, and most hand crafts. I've been struggling with hip bursitis and am trying to include anti-inflammatory foods. Hoping it may help out. Looking forward to meeting peeps with the same goals in mind.

Mornin'... I'm on my second day here and I was wondering how I can track my daily steps as I don't have a Tracker like FitBit and use an app pedometer on my phone. My current goal is 1000 steps/day. As you can tell I'm just starting out. Very sedentary for the past few years being a caregiver. But I have a goal of 5000 steps in 6 months. Sure would like to be able to track this on MND... Thanks

Good afternoon...
I am new to this team but not new to using MyNetDiary which has been a big part of my weight loss journey since November - 2014. I was also given a Fitbit that same year as an early Christmas gift and I haven't taken it off since other than to charge it or to take a shower. MyNetDiary tracks everything which is SO nice. "Suanough"...the best way to track your steps is with a tracker that links up with MyNetDiary automatically so you might want to ask for one for Christmas this year! It's not too late.
