NEW ARTICLES AT MND: There are now 21 articles published on the main website. Please check them out and let me know if you have questions: http://www.mynetdiary.com/diet-and-weight-loss-resources.html
MORE SAMPLE MENUS: I am working on sample menus for different caloric levels and eating styles. The 3 major styles will be low fat, Mediterranean, and low carb. These are not menus you "have" to follow – they are simply tools to help give you ideas. These should be ready sometime this summer. If you have a main entrée recipe that you think is fabulous and would like to share it with others via these menus, then send me the recipe (you can do this by going to Community, clicking on my nickname, and at the bottom on the screen, click on “start private message”). NOTE: I cannot reproduce copyrighted recipes. I can link to a recipe online or I can print your own recipe if you have not published it elsewhere (e.g. if you are a writer or chef). Just be sure to let me know how you want to be credited (e.g. by real full name or by MyNetDiary nickname).

Thanks so much for the new articles! The one on Weight Maintenance is especially timely for me. It seems pretty daunting when you consider the statistics on folks who gain back the weight. Although, the amount of weight I had to lose when I started seemed pretty daunting 10 months ago too. I am really hopeful that I can just keep doing what I have been doing and keep it off. My long term goal--make it on the National Weight Loss Registry!

So glad you enjoy the articles. I'll try to post again regularly.
Keep focused on what you have achieved and simply be aware of the stats for the general population. If you continue to monitor calories, weight, and engage in activity, I believe you can keep the weight off. Don't be a statistic! Beat the odds - just stay mindful. I know you can do it, Clochette2!

Kathy is right, Clochette2 --- the key word is Mindfulness. It has seen me through many bouts with doubt, fear, etc. You can do it ! You came this far, right ?
