You are gone to miss singing but you always can sing to those babies. It is a good thing don't have anymore parties until you leave just in case and I'm saying just in case you came around that virus you have 2 weeks to see before you leave...don't want you take something to them. I have not been getting exercise only swimming. We usually swim for about 2 or 3 hours when we go and I always take an hour of that and do all exercise in the water but than the other 2 hours I'm kind of exercising pulling the boys around or chasing them or swim under water the the longest. Being a widow no I don't have anyplace plan going. I was not much a vacationer even with Mike we camped. My last vacation I took was with my bank girls I worked with a few years ago ...there was about 5 of us girls that ran a bank in town...we were very close. We went to Church together, done town activities together and decided to go to Las Vegas together. We hopped on a plane on Labor day weekend as soon as we closed noon Saturday and didn't come home until that Monday morning 3:00am. We got into big trouble with the main office said if we were delayed any the bank would not got opened after a long weekend. But we sure had fun sight seeing. My daughter keeps asking me to go with them but I stay home with the fur babies and birds. They go alot except this year to dangerous. They have to have a passport always where they go...sometines they just go to a beach in Florida though. Been really staying on good diet...eating alot of romaine lettuce to making turkey wraps with cucumber, tomatoes, onions, peppers and little cheese. Than not that some broccoli or cauliflower soup with just 1 or 2 potatoes cut up in it. Great job on your weight lost...keep going people aren't gone to recognize you. Have great evening!


I didn't have boys so i made some Weight Watcher food tonight. I love oatmeal so made these oatmeal cookies...you just take 2 C rolled oats mix with 2 mashed bananas and 3 T chocolate mini chips and bake like cookies. Than I had some apples my daughter gave me so I mashed them up like the bananas but I used 6 apples and the oats and I add cinnamon only put in a 8x8 pan baked. They have a recipe of 2/3 c flour and 1 c non fat greek plain yogurt mix make flat bread, bagel, or pizza crust..I add powder cheese to it so good..makes either 1 12 inch pizza crust or 3 -5 inch flat bread. On WW all that food except flour and chocolate chips is free food on some plans and you can eat without counting it. The chips are not enough to really worry about the flour is but concerning you can make a meal with it not bad. She knows I won't let food go to waste so she brought down for me to use and she will eat some of the cookies. Gannon might eat the cookies he likes oatmeal we will see tomorrow. Hope you had a good

So no liquid for the oatmeal banana chip cookies. Do you bake them as a sheet and then cut them apart? How much cheese powder do you use for your flat bread?
Turned hot here today. I moved some furniture for a widow this morning and did a little yard work, but need to wait till tonight before venturing out again.
Weighed in .2 lb better this morning. Not much, but it makes me down 64 even so a little reward. We are starting to only live out of our fridge and freezer so that it will be almost empty while we are gone two months.
Eye is doing well, can’t wait to have both done.


I invented a new wrap two days ago that I really likes.
I spinach wrap
1/4 cup of fresh coleslaw
1/4 cup of whole cranberry sauce ( cooked whole berries in orange juice and stevia)
1/4 cup of ground turkey cooked with fresh oregano
1 slice of cheese (your choice) I used havarti.
Salt & pepper
I reheated the turkey, but the rest came out of the fridge


Putting coleslaw and cranberry sauce together would never think...I love both...each with turkey sounds good but never would think both. I have seen pineapple in coleslaw so maybe like that...I will have to try. It would make the wrap moist and a tang and I think I would like that. Let you know next time I get cranberries or maybe cranberry sauce of some kind. Yes no other ingredient just mash 2 well ripe bananas with fork, add 2 cups of rolled or it can be instant oats, and 3 T mini chocolate chips mix and let sit for about 10 miniutes or so to moist it up. Roll into balls and shape cookies size you want becuause they won't change in baking and bake 350 for I think 8 minutes I touched made sure wasn't soft when took out. Now the apple ones I put into a square pan line in parch paper. The cheese powder wasn't called for in recipe I just put in maybe 1 heaping T add flavor but I love it...I been on WW for about 3 months now and on site all talk how good to make pizze or coat with fat free ranch and top with fresh veggies and some say they added sugar substitute and topped with saute apples or pears.and sugar free cool whip and strawberries...I could not roll it well so I just put on parch paper and took a cup and rolled over it to a thin constant. It is kind of a tough dough when eating but I love breads. Glad to hear your eyes are coming along just don't over do it working with them. Your are a good man helping people...the world needs more like you! I kind of worried getting on scales Thursday. I have 3 or 4 good days of dieting than 3 or 4 just totally blew it. Today was a blew it day...made the grandsons chicken and dumplings the easy way....where you get your stock boiling good and drop tube biscuits cut up in 1/6 into stock..I used 3 tubes of biscuits than added the cooked chicken....made real mash potatoes. Of course I ate some or should I say more than some. The good thing is no left overs for me to eat! Well it is raining so hard here good night to sleep! Have good day!


Do you use plain or self rising flower in your flat bread? I have some self rising to get rid of, so may try to use it. Seems like bananas go bad quicker than they use to, so your cookie recipe should prove useful.
I drink a lot of power zero no calorie sports drink. Whenever I get the urge to eat something I should not, I grab a 16 oz bottle and down it. That takes away the desire for an hour or two and hopefully the temptation has passed.
After almost a month with no loss, I have loss about four lbs in the last 10 days. I know that I actually was losing most of the time and it just finally showed on the scale, but it gets rough to go day after day without the scale rewarding you. Hope your diet is going well.
Well need to get ready for my quartet practice.


I used self rising flour in my flat bread...my daughter tried it and made like pretzel rings and put salt on them and baked...she said they were good. Also she has a spice called everything bagels she is gone to make it and make rings and put that on it. Boys were pretty good today...they didn't want to do anything...it was a beautiful day to be out and they just played games, watched TV and took a nap. I think with Chelsea in school they may be lacking some attention in getting outside and enjoying it...but I don't dare tell my daughter that..that is another story. Had a great salad full of veggies for dinner tonight so now gone to go outside and see what I can do or get into. Bet you are counting down to go see them babies!


I just researched an article for keeping our two year old busy from parent magazine on the internet. 12 Fun Learning Activities for 2-Year-Olds. I think your babies are older, but I’m sure google can give you some good ideas. I also found a farm park within 25 minutes of my daughters house that has farm animals and plenty of space for dogs and kids to run. We also know where a restaurant has a fun little water attraction that skirts water out of holes in a random pattern. We hope to keep her busy, so she does not bother her mom who will be working from home. The baby still just eats, sleeps, and poops.
Had another big loss day 1.4 lb , so after going almost a month without a loss, the last ten or so days have lost over 5 lbs. I’m officially two thirds of my way to my ultimate goal of 200. I set shorter range goals also. I wanted to be 235 by the time I left for my daughters and I cleared that hurdle today, two weeks early. The next goal is 225 by Oct 20, then 215 by Christmas. Makes it easier for me to focus, if I am pushing for a date.
Got up early and painted the she shed, but it raining now, so no more outside work.
Oh, almost forgot. I bought a new teardrop camper yesterday. Really small, two beds and a kitchen out the back. I can pull it behind my little ford ranger pickup. It only weighs 1330 lbs and my truck has a tiny 4 cylinder engine. We plan to use it next summer to explore the mountains in NC and Tennessee. We had been looking for this brand, Bushwhacker, and found a new one $1000 cheaper than we had seen anywhere in Wilmington which is only 45 minutes.


It sounds you have all worked out well. Yes my kids get on the computer on a game/learning lesson suggested by the school. One of the challenge on it it says in order x out the object like ball, dog, cat, tree, and little boy if they don't do it in order big buzz sound if do a happy sound....they like that one but there are many. The farm animals and water game sounds fun also. I could sit all day holding a new born. Great job on your weight..you are gone to have to go buy newer cloths now. I blogged on here last night my thoughts and feeling of my weight journey...pretty negativity but I won't give up. This is my last week with the boys everyday so that will help with my eating pattern and getting out. Oh you 2 will love your camper sound just right for you guys you could pull it to your daughters and have a camp out in it with your grand baby. I'm so happy for your weight! Not pulling the camper to my daughters. They have a complete in-law sweet in the basement area, so we have a nice place to stay there. Might take it out early October; maybe a trip to the NC Zoo. Never been there. Then maybe a trip to Florida in the winter, just to get out of the cold. We have lots of friends there. The big trip will be next summer.
Rain stopped and I got some more painting done.
