What is the brand name of the wrap. I have not found wraps under 140 calories, so 50 would be great.
I lost another lb today and my wife lost two so good day. So good day.
We entertained one of my daughters friends today. She and her baby and traveling companion were spending the week at the beach and stoped for lunch on their way back to DC. I fixed shrimp and a salad and opened a bottle of wine. I think will need to skip dinner tonight as I drank 2/3 of the bottle.
I have been horizontal for too long. Took a nap after lunch, so I better go for a walk and burn some calories. Talk to you later.

I will try to find them in Maryland. Trying to clean out the fridge right now.
Recorded lunch and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. 700 calories (400 from the wine) and I did not eat breakfast, so I am good so far and not sure I even want dinner. Maybe a snack later.
Will be interesting to see if I can maintain my diet at my daughters. She would like to take off some weight after her pregnancy and her husband has gained some extra lbs this last year, so maybe I can put us all on a diet.
The Barbershop Society is putting on an online show of recent champions at 6:30 so I better get it pulled up on my computer.

Hope you and your wife had a wonderful July 4. I went to a family reunion..enjoyed family time and wonderful food. Alot of it was healthy so think I did pretty good. My daughter made grape salad so good and I could eat it WW friendly. ..grapes, fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, truvia, vanilla, brown sugar and walnuts. I imagine you could lower it by using truvia brown sugar. It made a cake pan totally full...so I was trying to figure what I ate. So I thought maybe 1/10 of it...that was a big portion...had only 3 point it WW so good for a food and 170 calories. Than I had veggie pizza, hamburger top with onion and tomato no bun and had to have alittle of my sister bake beans maybe 3 T. They are so good she uses 3 or 4 different beans, ground pork, ground sauage, onion, sugar and ketchup so good. Went swimming afterward so hopefully wore it off. Garden veggie are starting to show up here so hopefully try some new stuff.. I saw where you had some wine...alot of my family niece love wine but I have never found any I like. My aunt use to make hers. She always had a glass before bed. I can not tell you the last time I had any kind of alcohol drink. I have never been big on the taste...give me ice tea and I'm a happy lady!

Don’t drink wine often. Especially during Covid. I usually drink it in a social environment and those are infrequent now. I don’t like to keep open bottles and finishing a bottle between 2-3 people is too much wine for my diet. I do have a whisky or Scotch several times a week. I love beer, but have resisted during the diet. Guinness is pretty good for diets, the same as skim milk.
The fourth was pretty quiet here. Instead of the normal 50,000 tourist we normally have invade our little village, the biggest event was a golf cart parade of about 25 carts all decked out in red, white, and blue. I usually plan on being somewhere else for the fourth because of the crowds. Little old Southport Normally has the biggest Celebration in the State.
Well almost time for church, so I need to walk the dog and get back for the online service.

My husband use to drink beer. We use to go to the American Legions and Elks Lodge I still only drank ice tea or sprite. My aunt use to say wine relaxed her before bed. I imagine it is really nice to celebrate there by the water. My dream was to live in the country and have a pond but never happened...my husband wanted to move to Florida one year after we lost our jobs at a big Glass Factory but I said I could not leave my family...Mom, Dad 2 sisters we are very close. So instead I went to work at a bank. He went to work for the City Water Supervisor. Today I have ate pretty slim...my stomach just don't feel right...I'm not even hungry. I figured the different foods I ate yesterday ....lots of red pepper to snack on too. I saw couple recipes gone to try one is kale, turkey bacon, some kind of cheese, boiled eggs and a mustard and vinaigrette mix up on the pan you fried bacon in I believe...I know it is a warm dressing. It said make a meal by adding rotisserie chicken on top any ways it sounds good. The other is a zucchini spaghetti dish. Well some neighbors decide to celebrate alittle long with big booms so need to so hold 1 of my dogs he is so scared of them..I didn't even go watch our towns because of him... he is 16 years old...my family always gets together and watch them.

Busy day, started by going to the eye doctor for a post opp checkup. Everything ok. Then groceries, bank business, take dog to groomers, gas station, pick up dog, go to Wilmington to have wiring installed for trailer, go to RV center to finish buying and prepping the trailer for my truck, travel back to Southport and finally got something to eat. I was so hungry!
My daughter wants me to leave on Saturday now, so one less day to get everything ready.
Lost another .6 today and today should be a good day for tomorrow.
Working at emptying my fridge/freezer before we take off. Got lots of carrots I don’t particularly want to lug to Maryland. Don’t like to leave much in the fridge when we leave for this long.
I am planning on doing most of the cooking in Maryland and hopefully will be able to help the whole family lose a little weight.

You were diffidently busy...you should be weight down tomorrow. When I have carrots I usually make meatloaf, ham loaf or ham steak with glazed carrots. I was busy today also clean all my carpets...I have a carpet cleaner and I really hate to get it out but I did today..the past 2 days I found 2 spots of pee pee on the carpet. I think from the fire works my dogs hated them ...shook all over so I think they didn't want to go outside. So I cleaned them really well today than sprayed with half water and half rubbing alcohol...I read somewhere that dogs don't like that smell and won't pee. Than went to my 2 grandson baseball games than pick up few groceries. Tomorrow I have to go out to my grandson's house they got a new pool ...big one 5 foot deep and I believe 27 ft around. I'm so glad they both know how to swim..I would be worrying. I am just about down to where I was about 1 month ago in weight after gaining 10 pounds....make me so mad. 2 more pounds and I will be there and again at my lowest I have been for long time...I should make it below 300 good my end of September like I want as long as I stay on it like I have been. Well in case I don't talk to you before you leave have a safe and fun trip to your daughters!
