I will keep her and the baby in my prayers an also you and your wife comfort knowing you have to be away at this time. Her Heavenly Father is with them ...watch over them all will be fine! I got some exercise today also. Went to this park I'm member of and walk around the lake..had my 2 grandson and played with them out there at the park. I have learn after last night not to over do exercise videos. I did a 20 minute one yesterday pretty hard for me put I push thru it...about midnight in pain back of my ankle pulled a muscle..had my daughter come and look at me this morning but by noon was able to move back around alright.

Church is only on line for us also and I don’t know if we sing if it will be live or taped before the service.
Waiting for a call right now from my daughter. We wanted to have prayer with her. Her husband can be at the delivery, but if and when he leaves the hospital, he can’t come back till he picks her up.
Trick with exercise is to do what you can regularly and then just slowly add to it. When I was over three hundred lbs. an hour of walking was difficult and I even would breath hard. Now I can put multiple hours of activity in each day and not be fatigue.

What an accomplishment to stop the hard breathing when moving you body about. That is one problem I have losing my breath so easy...sometime I get so embarrassed. I have yard that takes about 1/2 hour to mow pushing and last year I had to hire someone to mow I just couldn't do it any longer. I hope to change it next year and I will mow..I love to be outside. That is something I keep thinking of when I exercise keep it up to get rid of fight for my breath! I hope he can stay at hospital with her...I think it is so important to have your husband right with you to share in the new adventures of family. I hope all is going well with her...prayers be with her and the baby. I bet new Grandpa and Grandma is getting excited...enjoy the new one and make memories to carry it thru life!

I'm gone to be getting off the site....since I'm in Weight Watcher I need to stay on the site and read more of their ideas and less computer time. I'm doing really good with WW and their ideas but sometimes I just don't get to read alot of there site info and missing some good ones. This site is a good free calorie counter with good info but since I don't count calories but what food is good for you in fuel and health I think WW is the best. Pretty much is I don't count nothing but eat the right healthy portion of 300 foods they give me that are free to eat and healthy. I eat alot of chicken, beans, potatoes, wheat pasta, and normal fruits and non starchy veggies and don't count...and I don't want to be counting calories or point the rest of my life....I count points if I go into that sugar, fats wrong food category...which right now I need to stay away. To Jloughlin it was good talking and sharing many ideas keep up the work and hope all is going well with family new one.

I'm back....lol. As my husband use to say I'm like a fart in the whirlwind. Anyways I have been studying diets and listing to videos because I'm really wanting to lose this weight. They all said you must count those calories that go end and figure out what it takes to lose those calories you don't burn plus all that fat in your body which is calories. So in other word count calories. WW is teaching how to eat right but I really need to be watching those calories. WW tells you there is all these food you don't have to worry about counting but they are calories in so you must in a since. It is all so confusing but what I do know counting calories and learning to eat right is the key so I will do both with 100 % mind and soul in it so I can get this weight off, learn how keep off and live.

Yeah, great to have my friend back! Eating healthy food is very important, but I find using this sight and writing down every calorie that enters my mouth is the incentive I need to stick with the diet. I try to stay on the diet last fall, but quit using the site for two months last fall. I still lost weight, but at only about a third the rate. It also helps me pay attention to how balanced my meals are. It is more important to eat properly when you cut half of your normal calories from your diet.
We have a gorgeous day today. 74, sunny, and a slight sea breeze. I love watching the white ibis fly back and forth from their nesting site on battery island. We have over 10,000 nesting pairs about nesting just a 1/2 mile from our house. They fly in groups of 10-20 and almost sparkle as the sun reflects off their white feathers.

After taking time to study my eating habits I don't think I was realizing the calorie intake. Weight Watcher have you on these plans that have what they call free food...you don't have to count point for them. Than you have points to use...I was eating all these free foods but not realize how much and even though they are free they have calories...which everyone knows you have to decrease calories to lose weight whether it be not take them in or exercise and use them up. So I got back on here to count my calories. I'm staying on WW they are teaching me to eat healthy food...that is what the free foods are, but you just can't eat alot like I was doing. It has been nice here for about 3 days. It sounds so beautiful there. Gods gift beauty of birds and the songs they sing. Your words painted a picture perfect scene for me beautifu..thank youl. I would love it anywhere there is nature it is me. I live in this small town in Indiana. The only water I have is my sisters pool and about 10 miles outside of town is a park I'm a member of it has a small lake. I go there alot to sit by the water with my dogs and read or listen at the fish jumping or birds singing. I took my grandsons there yesterday. They threw rock in lake and ran and played with the dogs. And of course the Dennis the Mennace one fell in to his knees and covered in mud...it is not a swimming lake just fishing or nature site but I love it. I have been getting alot of exercise going out there walking..I will be glad when I get 50 pounds off maybe my bones won't hurt as bad and I can walk back 3 to 5 miles a day..right now getting in little over 1 mile...than I do my video power walk for 15 minutes..that a site lol. Hope the baby is doing well and all the family. Take care!

I see you are still losing. Good for you. And a mile a day is great at thins point!
Fell biking today. Will be ok, but got a few scapes and really bruised the muscle in my upper leg. Hoping for good news tomorrow morning on the scales. I am about due.
I get a Facetime look at the grandkids each day several times. Both are doing well. The baby lost 14 ozs after birth, but has gained it all back and is doing fine. Sleeps a bunch!
Saw an alligator crossing the road while biking today. Don’t see that every day.
Going to start cooking for my daughter hoping we get up there in the next month. I would like to have a months worth of dinners to put in her freezer.

Weigh in day thought it would be more but just 1.4 pound lose....I ate ham deli last night should not have it was salty holding water. I put the rest in freezer to keep me from eating it..I will use in cooked cabbage or something like that. Keep working on portion size I think I'm getting better only on salads I still want 5 and 6 cups of lettuce...big big salad. The dressing on it kills me though. Hope you are feeling better from the bike wreck..the older we get the harder it is on us. I probably would not be able to move for weeks if I fell off of mine. I don't know how far your daughter lives from you but that would be hard for me. Mine 2 grandsons live about 1 mile from me and I see them almost everyday. Nothing better than them coming in the back door yelling Mamaw where you at. They have a stay over every so often..it takes me a day to recover from that, lol. I have never seen an alligator only in zoo...I would be frantic. But it would be neat..a teacher friend of mine that retired and move to Florida sends me picture of them in her back yard from the lake down their..I told her noway would I live there. She said as along you don't bother them it is ok. My moher in law made food for Mike and I when I had Chelsea uhhh 36 years ago. So nice she made like 4 different salad, meatloaf, baked spaghetti, taco chicken and big peanut butter sheet cake. Probably more I just can't remember all to long ago. I'm getting alittle tired staying at home..sometimes I wish I didn't retire this early. I have always worked with people and I miss them. I went to Ball State College for 2 years and decided working at a glass factory making alot of money was better, lol. Did that for 5 years than banking 30 years and last a classmate friend of mine ask me to come keep his books at a car dealer, he lost his long time helper so I quite banking ( I was getting tired of) and did that for 5 years and decided to retire but now I'm bored at that. I can't really go back to work my daughter needs me to help with the boys she is finishing up college..she is now a RN but she decided she want more so she went back. Well could sleep so I got up at 5:00..I think i was think about weight in..so bad want to get healthy and active in life! Have a great day!
