Even though the days are longer, it is still cold outside! I made this recipe last night for white bean chicken chili. https://www.wellplated.com/crockpot-white-chicken-chili/
I am really happy with how it turned out and will definitely make it again. I did not follow the last step of using an immersion blender, but it was great none-the-less. What are you eating for dinner this week?

Made baked, skinless chicken breast with veggies (zucchini, carrots, 1 small sweet potato, small onion) and low fat cheese as a “topping”.

All I can say is several kinds of beans as my husband made it. But we do try to get organic and I prefer low sodium where possible. We haven’t made our own due to our work schedules.

I like the low sodium/canned beans as well. Adding lots of spices like in chili adds plenty of flavor. Cheers to another week of healthy cooking! Joanna (Dietician)
