-What are you doing right now that is getting the scale moving?


Right now is pretty easy. I am in quarantine for 14 days (only 5 remaining) and so my wife delivers me three meals a day with no snacks. I have tons of yard work (yesterday 3 hours worth) and go for a one hour walk each day. I should be down 4-5 lbs during my 2 week sentence. I have been losing 1 1/2 lbs a week over the last 7 months and I am real happy with that speed of loss. I have always been good at diets. Just not so good at maintaining weight. I don’t gain it back fast; 5-7 lbs a year, but can’t seem to get the gumption to take off the 5 lbs I just gained, but instead wait till my weight is way out of control and then take off 40-100 lbs. I want to take off about 35 more lbs this time.
Maybe if I continue using this site, I can be successful during maintenance.
