Exercise bike. Every day weekend weight my self


I tend to weigh myself every 2 weeks because I’m easily discouraged when the number has gone up or hasn’t gone down. That’s when I usually record my progress as well.

but i low-key like barely do it. i do it here and there, just at random times like when i wake up or before i take a shower or just before/after i exercise! i don’t weigh myself much because weighing doesn’t really mean much to me, physically appearance and health does. but i probably should start a good schedule to weight myself, but yup!! hope your days well! <3


I weigh myself every day. After I pee, right before I shower. I told myself I’ll only weigh myself on mondays, but that failed.
