When is the best time to weigh yourself? Topic


Question 1: When dieting and looking to monitor your weight loss, when and how often should you weigh yourself? Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, etc.?

Question 2: And, when is it the best time to weigh yourself? Morning, Evening, First thing in the morning, or Before Bed, etc?


I weigh myself every day first thing in the morning and, put it in my mynetdiary "weight" catagory.


Whatever you do, make sure you are consistent. Time/day, that way you are tracking apples to apples. I weigh in every tuesday am before my shower. That way i dont ruin my Monday in case things get a bit sideways on my plan. Good luck!
