Where do I log ice tea Topic

If have a glass of ice tea or an alcohol beverage where do I put it? Under snacks or water?

Hi Gee9, You can put it in a meal or snack. You can also log it as water if it is non-alcoholic. Alcohol tends to dehydrate so I wouldn't count an alcoholic beverage in water tracker. Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
