Good evening all! So for the last few years, I have struggled with some weight issues (approx 15 lbs over ideal weight)... I have been training on and off as well as eating clean. Here is my objective is to get in the best shape of my life but in order to do so, I need to ingrain my healthy habits not only 'because I have to' but as a lifestyle!
Please let me know if you are interested in buddying up for some motivation and training & eating tips!

I also have the same goals as you and have about 15 lbs of extra weight i would love to buddy up and keep each other motivated. What do you do for training?

Hi- I'm game. I've been following my plan and staying committed to my goals so far. I just started walking/running again and I would like to train for a 5k and work my way to a half marathon.

I would like to get with you guys as well. I just completed my second marathon last week. I have much more to lose (40 lbs) but would like to buddy with folks who put exercise as a priority. I just can't seem to get control of my sugar habit and tend to over eat.

What did everyone do today for their physical activity? I did 30 minutes of yoga this morning and I'm off to Muay Thai Kickboxing in a few minutes.

I've been walking on my treadmill 1-2 times/week. I need to increase I know, but it's better than nothing. I used to think that if I can't do some exercise everyday that I'm not going to do any- stinking thinking!

I have just started back here after about nine months of family health dramas that knocked me right back into binge eating. Anyway went to a seminar that did this body analysis thing. Shock of my life when it told me 45.5% of my body mass was fat. Have sorted what I need to do eating wise and am going down the Slimfast and sensible meals route. Exercise is where I fail everytime. Need to really sort that out .
