This is a for sure accountability tool. Who really wants to go back to the previous day or two and log all the treats that have them currently bloated or food drunk. We can avoid logging like taking bitter herbs. Though it's the bitter herbs that actually assisting in cleansing the body. Similarly, logging can help pull you out of cognitive dissonance, or what I like to call and "outer body experience" where you for the moment may be triggered by stressed and are not aware of how much you are consuming.
