Workout Partner Topic


I am looking for an exercise partner to help put a good push on to lose my last 10 lbs to goal. What I am looking for is someone to partner up with to be accountable to every day and compare what we are doing for the next month. See how we can do to put on a good exercise push and keep us going. Any one interested???


Gee I wish somebody on "exercise EVERY DAY " would have responded.


I'm here... are you still on track?


I'm in! I exercise pretty much every day in some way. I'm recovering from a shattered leg so I may not be doing the p90x like I was before the injury I have physical therapy I do 3 times a day as well as riding the bike for 30 minutes a day. I plan on slowly adding in more exercise as I am cleared to do them until I am back to my 1-4 hours of activity a day again.


Is anyone checking in? I've exercised almost every day last week, missed Tuesday :p. How did everyone do?


I exercised today - walked for a little over an hour around the city.


Still working out everyday here! Did P90X video on days I couldn't make it to the gym, great calorie burn!!


wow I have had a tough 6 weeks or so, but am committed to get back on track. Good work out at gym today and looking forward to a good month. It will be great to communicated with a few to see if we can keep on track. Hope you check back soon all. I will be checking daily here on in.


Day two. (Back) weight training and eliptical 20 min . Can't believe how much I have lost in muscle and endurance in such a short time. Had to drop weights by a lot and cardio sucks right now. Improvements will come.
