Current goal: Just hit my weight gain goal of 200lbs now I’m trying to maintain that weight but get my bf% back to single digits. I’m about 14-17%
Favorite diets: Eat good 50% of the time, take it easy 20% of the time, kill it the last 30%. Longevity is the name of the game.
Favorite activities: Being my son’s hero.
