Current goal: To become more fit, and to eventually get back to my pre-baby weight of 160.

Favorite activities: Group training, heavy lifting, HIIT, biking, climbing stairs, elliptical, jogging/walking
Need help with: Staying motivated to minimize my food intake. I am working on eating more WHOLE foods, avoiding dairy, minimizing animal products, avoiding chemicals and pesticides and highly processed foods as much as possible.
