Hello everyone! My husband and I started the app a few weeks ago and we have both lost about 8-10 pounds so far. It’s been a struggle to eat enough calories now that we’re in the groove of eating healthy! Not sure if this is making us plateau. Happy to have any suggestions :) Happy to be here and meet all of you!

Hello everyone I am new to this I already lose 4 pounds before this app due to some left over weight loss pills that I had now I am at 341 I am looking to lose 100 pounds so I can get my hip surgery hoping to get down to 250 by July are August . I do like that it keeps track of the calories for you I stuck at writing things down.
