Low Calorie Deserts? Topic

For chocolate cravings, I do a Fiber One chocolate brownie. I heat it in the microwave and top it with cool whip. It always does the trick AND it’s under 100 calories, as long as you’re careful with the amount of cool whip you use.

The fiber one chocolate brownies are pretty good

Popcorn helps me with cravings. Now they make a healthier version, not the amazing “movie theater “ butter flavor, but the sea salt and olive oil ones are actually great.

"Nicecream", or blended frozen bananas with a little liquid and any flavourings you like. I like strawberries, and you could add some cocoa powder as well.

I do a low calorie fudge ice cream bar and take a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips and press them into the ice cream bar. 105 calories.

Also love s’mores so I will use a Hershey’s miniature, 5 mini marshmallows, one graham cracker square (halved to make the sandwich) and make my own s’more for 76 calories.

I like sugar free jams on top of carb smart ice cream

If you’re really really craving chocolate, I suggest trying some chocolate dessert recipes with a sugar substitute (Splenda tastes best to me) and unsweetened chocolate. I like to make no-sugar brownies and slightly undercook them so they are soft and melt in your mouth like a good solid chocolate bar. Mmmm.

If you are into eating foods without the substitute sweeteners, I recommend substituting maple syrup or honey for sugar for cookies and muffins. Also, cut butter in half and use unsweetened apple sauce instead.
