So far, the app has been WONDERFUL in giving me a visual & guidance to help me reach my goal weight!!! I had 82 lbs to lose to get to 120lbs.; I’ve lost 14 so far!
But once I get there, how do I use it to maintain my desired weight???
Will I still be able to see the dashed blue line, in the weight stats, to check my daily weight by???

I’ve been within 1 to 2 pounds of my goal weight for about a year. Weighing once a week. However, I’m constantly going over my calorie budget. Even though I eat moderately. I’m exercising regularly. I can see my body toning and muscles forming. Lately I have felt hungrier. How do I use to numbers (calorie budget and macros) to get a more realistic and usable calorie/macros budget to maintain weight?

Hi Zenovia,
Congratulations to reaching and maintaining your goal weight. That represents lots of hard work!
I assume you have updated your plan to reflect your current weight and maintenance goal?
Do you add exercise calories to your budget? If not, that could explain why you are maintaining weight while going over your budget.
The calorie budget for maintenance is an estimate. It works well for most people, but you can override the calculated budget in MyPlan. You might start by increasing your calorie budget by 100-150 calories to see how that works for you.
