Hi,
My name is Susan and Im new to the app. Im looking for friends and new recipes and exercise tips. I’ve got to lose some weight and I’ve been told that Im pre diabetic and told to change my eating habits. Me being a single mom. I’ve got to do this for my kids. I would actually like to sit down and cry.


Hi Susan! I’ve just returned to MyNetDiary after getting off track through December & January.
Exercise should be what you enjoy, can fit into your schedule & don’t look at as a chore.
You will get very differing recipe advice here & will have to find out what works best for you.
