Is it ok to be having ground beef for once a day throughout a week (for maintain/gaining weight)

Hi Luky.k070, some types of ground beef (hamburger, chuck - you can look for % lean and % fat on label) are very high in saturated fat so depending upon your medical history, you might not want to eat exclusively ground beef every single day forever. But having said that, if you bought and cooked a large amount of ground beef and are trying to use it up, I don't think that makes much of a difference. Ideally, mix up your animal sources of protein and add extra plant oils, avocado, and nuts/seeds to bump up calories.
