I started tracking my Diabetes on May 28 when I received my diagnosis. I had been a user of the app for a longtime and had periods of consistency and then not using it. When I got diagnosed I had a wake up call. I went on medication, changed my diet to low carb using a lot of Dr. Mark Hyman's advice, put my Apple Watch fitness tracker to use, and purchased Premium to get the Diabetes and diet components. Since that time I've lost 19 pounds and got down to my ideal weight and brought my A1c from 10.4 to 4.8. I went off Glipizide and now just take Metformin and Fenofibrate (for high triglycerides). I'm in the process of writing a curriculum for a class to coach people to do the same using vision, mindfulness, and tracking. And I'm going to build in a module for MyNetDiary! So grateful for this app and how it helped me transform my life. You can read my post here: http://jeffgephart.com/how-to-gain-mindfulness-and-weight-control-by-using-mynetdiary-tracking-app/
