Hey everyone just started my diet 3 days ago. Watching my calories, going on walks and using a weighted hula hoop from Amazon. Some times I’m still hungry so I just start working out more. Does anyone have any advice or easy work outs to do at home?

I’m in the same boat as you- what I’ve been doing is drinking a huge glass of water, waiting 30 minutes, and if I’m still hungry, I will eat some Greek yoghurt or berries to hold me over until the next meal. Low calorie and filling for a little! It also helps me not overeat at the next meal since I feel like I’m starving. Working out is only going to make you more hungry, so I wouldn’t suggest working out more to lower your hunger.
As far as working out, I’ve been doing Chloe Tings YouTube videos and it’s manageable while watching my kiddos.
Good luck!! Keep up the good work!

Yah I work out hard and the harder I went at it the more I felt to eat, until I incorporated more protein. The balance of protein carbs fat and calories are trial and error and have been working on it for the past 3 months and with this app I’ve been closer then ever to get the right formula for my needs.
