Veggies at breakfast?! Topic


Hello all! New here-
What/how do you incorporate veggies at breakfast? I literally only can think of adding to egg scramble and I really don’t want egg scramble every morning. So what do you do?


I like to keep cut up bell peppers and eat them as a snack after my breakfast.

Great idea about the bell peppers for snack! They are super high in vision-supporting lutein.
