Hello , i just started my weightloss journey and dont know where to begging when it comes to working out :( any tips?

Try different methods out like types of cardio, yoga, walking, weight lifting, etc. Find one that you truly enjoy doing and one that makes you feel good, that’s what will help you in the long run! Take test days when you need them but don’t always wait to be motivated you have to have a certain amount of discipline:) hope this helps

Hi just want to add my two cents. Love typing in exercise on my tablet! I can do walk away the pounds , yoga, there are many many viedos. I walk every day, and after 30 years of marriage I have almost every exercise toy! I went out for a hike today, came home and it was so nice we got on our tandem bike. (Bike for two) try different things, set goals... I can still remember the first time in a kayak! Losing over 80 pounds has changed my life! Wishing you success!❤
