has anyone done the lucy windham-reed workouts on youtube? and seen consistent results?

Hi Jelly._
Those look like interesting workout videos. Experts advise that the best form of exercise for weight loss is the one you will do. Of course, check with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

In addition to the lucy windham-reed videos, here are some other on-demand resources:

Hi U1190037898- Thanks for chiming in! Which particular videos do you like best?
My personal favorite on-demand workouts are pilates- Here's a link: https://www.mynetdiary.com/try-pilates-on-demand.html

I like the Mossa on Demand series. Although there is a cost to get access to all of them, there are several that available for free. There is a great variety & a big focus on functional training, which is so necessary for moving through everyday life. The monthly cost of you choose to join is something like $11.99 (US).

CanadaAnne, Thanks for sharing the info on Mossa on Demand. There are so many great virtual exercise options now! I am a fan of Team Body Project. They focus on low-impact cardio and resistance exercise. Check it out on YouTube. Does anyone else have a favorite? Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Hi there, I use to work out with Lucy and you do have to stay consistent. There is also fitness blender which I really liked too. Husband and wife team. Very straight forward workouts and some free five day ( or more) challenges.
💕

Hi there Southerngal-
I have heard great things too about Fitnessblender.
If you are looking for something a little different and so great for functional movement check out Amy's pilates videos on YouTube:
