I’m using a free app called FitOn and I’m LOVING IT. I’m in week 13 of a 16 week challenge and feeling great. Down almost 30 lbs! You can select type of workout, length, difficulty and event things like “small spaces” or “with kids”!

Hey Natasha - first & foremost you can not “spot train”, you can’t get rid of fat in any one area. We all carry it in different places (mine is in my back also). The best workout for you will be one you enjoy & find it easy to stick with. I really like Mossa on Demand workouts - not only is there a huge variety of both strength training & cardio but they focus a lot on functional training as well. Working out for real life. It’s not free ($11.99 US/month I think) but they do have some free workouts to try.
