Hi! I’ve been very happy using MyNetDiary for calorie tracking, it’s such a great help!
I’ve been getting regular exercise by power walking and cycling and would like to begin including resistance/weight training and core training in my routine but don’t know where to start.
I’m 66 years old in excellent health, and with only 5 more pounds to lose to reach my goal. I want to work out at home with little or no investment in equipment. Any suggestions?
