1 month in, plateau already? Topic

I am being very careful about portion sizes and what I'm eating. I've radically changed what I'm eating (pescatarian now carnivore before) because I want to lose weight but also for health reasons.
I am logging all my meals. The only difference is the last week has been too cold and rainy to go on walks on my breaks.
I've been stuck at the same weight for two weeks after a great initial loss. I can fit into a smaller size of clothing (only a little tight). What could be going on? I don't want to give up on this app yet, because it did start off so well, but I do need progress. Also I am easily eating half of what I was previously and a LOT less sugar. I feel better but ...

I seem to lose a lot more if I go on a 3km / 2 mile walk nearly every day. I think that losing size is more important than losing weight. Good luck.

Don’t give up sometime you weight is going to stall you should see changes again soon.

Hi Jyllianm,

You mentioned that you can't go for walks when the weather is rainy. Can you walk up and down stairs on breaks or use an exercise video indoors when the weather is not good?

Here are links for indoor exercise videos if that is helpful.

Try Leslie Sansone's Walk at home videos on youtube, they are super easy to follow but very effective (even more so if you use some light weights)... I find it hard sometimes to take the time to go for a walk, and since I've found Leslie's videos I no longer struggle to find the time for some exercise. You have videos ranging from 15 min to 45 min, which is great, because if you don't have much time in a row you can do 15 min twice in the day for example...

Hi ! Try my fun 20 min dancing exercises on YouTube - channel @msquisqueyana the move it go lose it! Series. The time will fly!

don't be to quick to give up, keep it up sometimes you may have had to much salt which can make a difference in weight. Drink lots of water and keep up the hard work :)

I am thinking a few things. Water you are retaining, I tracked last time and like clock work I’d stall. Perhaps muscle gain too. Lastly the inactivity is doing it like others said with the weather.
