Boy I thought I had it licked. I was eating well, quit drinking, doing hot yoga 4x per week, then fell off the wagon, what started as a vacation turned into a year hiatus and most of the weight is back. Declared in a year will lose 56 lbs, its day 2, not the best attitude...

Thanks Rock-it-scientist! So far so good, 3 weeks in, now walking 6 miles daily and eating better. Weight shrinking, but slowly.

Six miles daily is a huge amount well done i have zero motivation when it comes to excersize even though I enjoy it when I actually get to doing it. My hubby works offshore so usually do much more when he is home as we have days out having a wander to diff places xx

The exercise is great for fitness & long term keeping weight off. You are amazing to do so much walking, hope you enjoy your walks & talk to people! Food calories are 80% of weight loss. Even that amount of walking does not allow many extra calories to lose weight.
