I have others I will use. Like bringing appropriate foods to increase my choice as my son and his wife are hosting this year (for the first time} I have to say that is a mixed blessing as I all the hidden calorie when I cooked.

Hi Fran! My husband and I are both making veggie dishes to bring to our host. Everyone in the household wants to eat healthier so that helps a lot.
I don't overeat the savories - sweets are my weak spot. But I am not making pecan pie so it is much easier for me to exercise portion control with other desserts.
