Heeeello sweethearts :) Topic


i am the only one in my wonderful friends group that needs to lose weight-(lost 6,5 kg - 15 kg more to go) I run, walk and do kettlebell weight training. If you need a support buddy then ad me as a friend ?? I come from Denmark :) hugs Micha


one of the things that i love about this app that everyday is a fresh new start. i eat a lot of Calorie today and enjoyed it ?? tomorrow i am back on the horse- and just walk or run more tomorrow.
my new mantra is "when I eat and enjoy my food - the nutrition fuel my body with energy and love"
I eat for living not live to eat,
my food is just fuel and my life and my relationship stimulate my mind and soul - not food itself.

when I think i am hungry I am mistaken it for a hunger for peace and relaxation - when I learn how to do that without using food to shift my nervous system from stress to peace- I stopped being addicted:)


Good for you Micha. I bet it feels really great to view food as fuel, and be at peace with that inside your head. That's a big step.

I would love to get to that point.

Nice adding the extra exercise in when you've eaten some extra food.
