Any advices for loosing 7kg in the healthy way? :)


Hi HealthyTeen, if you need to lose weight then do not dip below 1200 calories since that is the guideline for teens given that you are still growing (it isn't just about height).

But what is your age, ht, wt, and can I assume you are a girl?

Teens do best by focusing on regular activity (60 minutes daily), eating balanced meals (no skipping)that includes lean protein, non-starchy veggies, fresh fruit, whole grains, and nonfat milk or yogurt. Starchy veggies in moderation (watch what you put on those veggies- but the veggies themselves have fiber and nutrients), and be sure to include portion controlled healthy fats such as nuts/seeds/olive oil/avocado/tahini/etc
