Hi Go4Me1, you can add friends via your app or the web program. In the app, scroll down the main screen and tap the row just under "Before & After." The "Me & My Friends" screen is brought up, and if you scroll down, you'll see the "Invite Friends" button. You can invite friends by email via the app.

If you want to friend MyNetDiary members you do not know, you can login to the web program, go to Community tab, use the Community Search box to find them by nickname, select the drop down option of people, and the once they are brought up, click the nickname link, and then change your attitude from "neutral" to "friendly." I just did that with your nickname just now.

Hi all! I am so excited to begin my weight loss journey. I'm trying to lose 25 lbs. I used to weigh 226 lbs, had a lap band placed in 2004, and now have gained back some of the 80 lbs or so that I originally lost. Nice to meet you all!

Welcome, Ndnlady60. Talk with your doctor about yoru lap band - you might need a fill. Best, Kathy
