Well im new so im keen to see the replies to this! Hoping to lose 2stone roughly to regain my pre-baby figure! Xx

Same here! Just had a baby 1 month and a half ago.

So far, I've lost about 20 pounds in seven weeks. Which is actually a little faster than the two pound a week schedule netdiary has.

Lost about 14 lbs in 4 weeks. Not to mention 80% of my cellulite through my bikram yoga 30 day challenge. I feel awesome even though I have like 40 lbs to go still ;)

Hi I'm new to mynetdiary but have been using myfitnesspal for the last 6 weeks and have lost 9lbs so far I only have about another 10-15lbs to reach my goal weight I do the fitness DVD 60 second promise 5 days a week and also 30 min on the exercise bike every day I try to stick to 1200 calories per day and find that easy but I'm a sucker for tea and coffee (with 2 sweeteners in each cup) and have real sweet cravings between meals which so far I have managed to suppress! Any tips on healthy snacks which will satisfy a sweet craving would be appreciated as at the moment it's only snack a jacks apples and muller light yogurts between meals! I've found that I've been losing weight very gradually and would like to speed it up a bit as I have a holiday coming up! Also any exercise tips for getting rid of live handles (fat back!) and inner thighs, bingo wings and a flat tummy! Also would live some easy low fat low cal low carb recipes! Thanks all! Xxx
I'm from the uk.

You can't target fat loss to just one area, but it sounds like you really want it all over anyway. Building muscle will increase fat loss as the muscle needs to burn energy to sustain itself.

I'm 5ft 2in and have gone from 140-125 slowly since march this year. I'm half way to my goal! I'm not going to push it but id love to knock off the last 15lbs. By the end of this year. I think with having to record calories and know how many calories to aim for it will happen. I'm very excited! :) I've beeen wanting to loose this weight for over 2 years. Mo

I've lost 72.5lbs since January 15th this year. That's my halfway mark. Another 72.5 to go.

I'm also pretty new to MyNetDiary, but after my first 3 days of keeping track of my food/nutrition I was able to see some of my major problem areas and cut back on them immediately or replace them with other things.

I always read the labels but I never seemed to be able to put it all together until now, with this management system. I can easily see if I need to eat more fiber, or cut back on sodium, or stop eating cheese for the day (my one total guilty pleasure).

I'm disabled and I actually have the time to sit and home and put in all the foods I eat, or take the extra time a day later and put in the previous day's foods.. Using my own personal knowledge of how the body works and what foods are better to eat than others, I've lost 11 pounds already (in about 30 days) and I haven't gained any back like usual. I'm so proud!

It really REALLY helps to be able to see the information in an organized manner laid out before me. I hope to be a longtime member here and I'm looking forward to getting my old body back!
