I am a social creature. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and 100 other sites. I want to see what can come from the social aspect of this site.

I just turned 50 last week. In anticipation, I started a series of test just to check myself out.... ooops. I am diabetic. LOL

Had no clue really, so, here I go changing my life, changing my diet... changing everything.

I think I am kicking it's butt so far. By Christmas I could be a lean, mean machine.... or something like that.

Let's talk sometime.

I did the same thing at 50! Right after my 50th birthday, I felt the need to make some changes... That was last year... The changes have been beneficial for me. You can do it!!! I know if I could anyone can! Good luck!
