Logged in 236 Pounds. Hope to get to 225 by October (At least that's what the app says is realistic without killing myself). I could probably do it earlier if I exercised a little more.

I just began... I have a very agressive target of 185 by January 1. I just found out I have diabetes and just turned 50 last week. I am currently at 226. Began at 230 last Thursday.

Little Mike; you should have no problem with that pal. I find a diet/exercise combination that works for you. I love this software, community. I hit 223 yesterday (yeah me!). I walk about every day (not too fast. 1.5 miles per). My biggest challenge is getting rid of the carbs. They are EVERYWHERE!!!!
