Current goal: Get food freedom, restore my menstruation, which I used to have. I then lost it from one month of restriction & dieting. After over a year of healing my body, my period has still not returned.
Favorite diets: one that is flexible and does not require me to obsess about my weight and food.
Favorite activities: Talking with friends and family, going out to dinner, watching movies, listening to music, sometimes reading
Need help with: Foods I am missing in my diet that will help me get my menstruation back
