Low FODMap - Excitotoxin Free - Health Improved in 2021 - Time to lose some Weight Topic


Hi! I am a chubby 53 year old white lady. I have discovered Low FODMap and Excitotoxin free eating which cures most of what ailed me for many decades. I no longer binge - which is fantastic, but I still eat too much for the weight I want to be.

I had a great year in 2021. I worked with a dietician to get a balanced everyday menu that is Low FODMap and filling. Even though I worked out on my elliptical 344 days in a row this year, I did not really lose weight. 2022 is the year I lose 40lbs.

I really impressed myself in 2021. I am ready to do even more in 2022!


I am 54yrs old, and on a low carb diet to help me with my type 2 diabetes. I, too, am proud of the progress in 2021 and am looking to make more progress and reach my goals in 2022.

I switched to this app, just today, and ditched My Fitness Pal. I also made my first blog post today. Maybe we can encourage each other on this journey.

I love this app because it has micro-nutrient info. I like knowing where I stand with various vitamins. It helped me work hard to get leafy greens into my daily diet! I would love to encourage each other. I will look for your blog!
