Hi Folks - how is it going with your tracking? I'm not hearing from folks that much. Is that a good thing?

Memorial Day Weekend is approaching. What are your plans for staying on track? Or, are you going to relax for a day and then get back on track the next? Have a plan at any rate so you don't slide into weight regain (if you are trying to lose weight or stay weight stable).
