Hello everybody , I am the newest 20 something to join this group and although my profile is private i am hoping to find some cyber friends that can I can help and support and vice versa.


I am a shy , single female from Manchester , England and I have been on MyNetDiary for just over 1 week and i am enjoying it very much. I love to record and see my progress and I enjoying reading about other peoples successes it gives me motivation.


I am still finding my way around the forums and feel very annoymous at the moment but I look forwards to seeing everybody about :)

Hi. I'm from Vermont, USA and have been on here for 3 weeks now (lost 10 pounds.) I was trying different diets prior to this and lost the majority of my pregnancy weight but I got tired of passing up my favorite foods because they weren't part of the "plan". Now that I'm simply trying to eat 1200 calories a day, I can eat whatever I want. :-)


Hi Everyone! I've been using mynetdiary for about a month (lost 9lbs), but I've been losing motivation lately(i.e. craving cupcakes), so I thought I would give groups a try. Also, I think my boyfriend is really tired of hearing about my diet, so finding some other supporters would be great ;)


Good morning! I've lost 30 pounds before, with this app, but that was two years ago. Since then I went back to school and got my masters, but that meant a two-hour daily commute and I've gained back 15 pounds. I swore I'd never pass 160lbs again, and I'm at 165! So my current goal is to drop 10 pounds quickly, then work at another 10-15 more slowly with that goal being at my birthday in January. Calorie counting does work!!!! And when you've been doing it for 6 months and it's starting to make you crazy, take a week off, not two years like I did... :-0
