Hi all, I just started using this app. I started making a plan to lose weight and get healthy. I feel ready to do this. I may need some help along the way. But, I feel like I can do this.

Welcome to MyNetDiary OkieGirl, Sophie and Sherry!
Here are some tips that other users have shared are helpful when just getting started:
1. Track every day. If you can, track while you are eating or before hand.
2. Use the staple food feature for whole foods and when cooking from scratch https://www.mynetdiary.com/is-there-an-easier-way-to-log-your-basic-foods.html
3. If your goal is weight loss turn off the "add exercise to calorie" feature under settings. That way you are not adding back the calories burned (to your budget) from activity. Though activity is important no matter what your goal!

Cheers to tracking! It is a really powerful tool. Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
