Is there a way to make a list of foods you plan to eat that day and then click them off or add them to your meal later, if you actually ate them? I thought I got an email about this feature but I was working full time and had health issues to take care of with myself and family. Never read the email entirely.

Hi Mermaid28-Yes! I believe you are referring to the Meal Planner feature. You can access this feature under the "coach" tab.
This article describes the feature as well as Premium menus. https://www.mynetdiary.com/healthy-filling-meals-for-weight-loss.html
