Started P90X this week Topic


So one of my best friends and I started P90X on 5/23/2010. Some of the tapes I can only get through 15-30 min but hey at least I'm off my rear and doing something right?
I can't believe how out of shape and weak I am after having had a baby and having recovered from bulging and herniated discs in my back.
I can't wait to share my success with everyone.


I am starting Cathe Friedrich's STS. I am nervous but I am going to give it my best shot.


Good for you! I did p90x for a week, and since then have been doing a disk randomly. I think the reason it ended up like this for me is because i love exercising outdoors so much. But, i loved it nonetheless, and making it through 15-30 minutes is a good start! You will be surprised at how quickly you become able to do more!


I did P90X for 2 days, but that plyometric disc kicked my butt! My legs wanted to give out everytime I walked down stairs for a week afterwards. I figured I might have to work myself up to P90X status gradually. Good luck!!!!
