Weekly Weigh-In Motivation! Topic


Hi All!

I just re-started...YES RE-STARTED another diet and am really going to give it my all and keep up with it this time. The last time I dieted, I was very successful and quickly lost about 40 pounds, only to gain it back due to my laziness.

I don't have the best support system and would love to be able to chat with you all about our struggles, successes and tips.

Also, we could make things interesting and have a weekly weigh in to keep us all focused. I'm up for anything that will help motivate me. If you want to join me on this crazy adventure...jump on! I hope to hear from a bunch of you!!! :)

Ooo Yay! I want to join in on this weekly weigh in! I started last year at a high of 228. I'm now at 215 as of this morning. I'll be posting as well!
