Why Does My Calorie Budget Keep Changing? Topic

I've been logging my foods and exercise for 6 days now. Looking back over the days, I see that my calorie budget was different every single day. Why is that?

I think it has to do with the number of calories I burn in exercise, but the numbers don’t seem to add up. Is my daily allowance for calorie intake changing?

Hi there SunnyDay-
MyNetDiary takes the guesswork out of figuring out how many calories you need to eat each day to meet your weight loss goals by your target date.
The Auto-pilot feature allows the app to automatically adjust your Daily Food Calorie Budget based on your current weight. If you are losing weight too slowly, AutoPilot may increase the weekly weight-loss rate. Or it will decrease the weekly weight-loss rate if you are losing too fast. I am guessing your calories are changing each day due to Auto pilot. You can turn this on/off under Settings.

Calorie anlaysis and budget are out of sync from web to mobile app. I believe mobile app correct. e.g. 11-may-23. 1950 calories shown on mobile app, 1691 calories shown on web. both show 524 exercise calories. calorie budget is correct in mobile app. calorie budget explanation shows 524 calories in mobile app which is correct and web says only 204 calories despite showing 524 calories on dashboard. this only 1 day there are a few others . only been logging for 8 days

Hi there U1195356826-
I am sorry to hear you've run into this roadblock. I am not sure why there is a difference between the web and mobile app.
