Hi there U1189871533- Welcome!
Strong work on your weight loss!
Would you mind sharing a few tips for people just getting started? Are there any foods you gave up? Do you exercise regularly and if so, what type?
Thanks~ Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Mainly I gave up sugar , then focused on low carb and low fat foods . I don’t get to exercise as much as I want to but I’m planning to step that up too .

Congratulations to you! I’m joining the goal but am currently 1/3 of the way there. And like you I cut way down on the sugar!

Joanna, I am looking for some exercises that might provide a bit of lower body/abs strength training and/or aerobic activity while I am nursing a bad knee. Do you think any of those you have mentioned might be good ones for me to try?

Hello HealthyDaisyVA- Sorry to hear about the knee! I am guessing you are in doing PT? I would suggest physical therapy if able and then I would suggest pilates and yoga videos.
