Does someone know what are the accumulated/saved calories intended for?
I have this pop-up at the top:
"This week, including today, accumulated 563 calories saved from the total of my daily budgets"
Are these supposed to be used throughout the coming days, like saving calories for a rewarding meal on the weekend or something?
Because I usually don't tend to go over my daily count of calories, staying about 3-10g below on each macro. E.g. I have already scheduled the dinner ahead and the macros are a bit unbalanced while still having 260 calories left, but my macros are already showing Carbs 1g above, Protein 1g below and Fat 20g below. So I don't want to eat more calories just to get over too much and pump up the Fat just to achieve the limit.
Cheers!

Hi Mr. Nobody- Thanks for reaching out!
If you end up eating less than budgeted (to reach your weight loss goal) you will end up with a calorie surplus. I agree with your thinking, no need to eat more calories just to achieve your limit. As for that special dinner.... We at MyNetDiary believe in balance. It is important not to deprive yourself of special occasions or eating something different from time to time, even if you veer from your typical macros. Remember it is all about progress, not perfection! Cheers to creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle and enjoy that dinner~ Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
