Hi, I'm new to this site, I'm 36 and trying to shed some weight. Thought I'd drop in and say hello and thanks for letting me join your group. I'm excited about the process, I've had success so far.... I really love the NetDiary app! It makes keeping track of your intake and progress so easy.
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing in your success! :-)

I'm in 4 groups and no one has posted on any of them in a long time. It's good to hear from you!
I check in every so often because it's nice to see how others are doing with their programs. I love this app! It's way better than another app I was using for the summer months.

Glad to see others around. How is everyone doing? I have started a few timed and stopped. I'm determined to make it work this time. Having others to chat with should help!

It's going well. I'm sick this week and it's the first time I've been sick since starting this diet, and I think I need to cool it on exercise in order to recover. I'm nervous about that because in the past I have completely stopped exercising after being sick.

I have been doing well and on target until this week- I seemed to have stalled! I'm thinking some extra exercise should get me out of this rut, but I'm having motivation/energy issues :/

I did pretty well last week, no chocolate or candy for 5 days. Big accomplishment for me. I had a bad food day yesterday though and am a bit bummed. What are your thoughts on scheduling one day a week as a cheat day? How often do you weigh yourselves?
